My story

When I started my cycle shop in 2004, I had no idea what to name it. My dad suggested "Pistol Pete's." Honestly, I didn't care what the name was; I wanted to build high-performance motors and work on bikes.

Over the years, I'm fortunate to have built a reputation with my customers and peers in the performance industry. It has created a lot of personal and professional growth for me.

With growth comes change, and I’ve decided to make two significant changes to my business. The first is the name change from Pistol Pete’s to Nowaskey Extreme Performance. I believe that every Harley-Davidson® cycle that leaves my shop has my name on it, so changing it to my last name makes the most sense.

The second chapter of my story is the announcement of the launch of Nowaskey Performance Products, with the first being a line of remote reservoir and dual adjustable shocks. There will be more information coming, but I can say that they are unrivaled in the performance industry.

Pete and his team specialize in engine building that will significantly increase the horsepower and torque of your bike. If aesthetics are as important as performance, we have you covered. Some of our in-house fabrication capabilities include stretching and raking the frame and developing custom components. Pete’s crew can also custom-fit performance parts by designing and fabricating adaptive components. The team at Nowaskey Extreme Performance can also create one-off custom parts that fit your style and riding preference.
