About Your Warranty Claim
- Warranty service is only available to the original purchaser.
- When you ship an item to us for service, use the original box to prevent shipping damage.
- Use FedEx, UPS, or a carrier that offers signature confirmation and insurance.
- Nowaskey Extreme Performance is not responsible for lost/damaged packages in the return shipment process.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs involved in the warranty claim process.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Claim Process
- Complete the form and include clear photos of your claim while the product is installed on your motorcycle.
- If you did not register your product previously, include a photo of the original receipt.
- We will contact you by phone to discuss your issue, and get your payment information for return shipping.
- If your warranty claim involves one of our shocks models, you must ship BOTH shocks (for potential comparable service and dyno-testing).
